Holiday rentals with a patio in Garner

I really enjoyed staying at their place, super great area, very comfortable, private and close to so many different places and things to do. It is also close enough to the highway which was a plus for me since I had to go to the base in Goldsboro for work. Another HUGE plus, there is a delicious restaurant called Luna Pizza Cafe right at the corner of the apartment complex, so if you are hungry or just want a drink only need to walk a couple of steps and enjoy a delicious meal. I also appreciate their hospitality and their responsiveness even at 7AM. Thank you! Highly recommended, would book it again if I am back in the area.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Such a cute place and such friendly and responsive hosts! I don't have any complaints. The place was really comfortable and clean, instructions were clear, and it was in a pretty good location. I'd definitely recommend/book again!

We enjoyed the stay @ Kim’s. Great location (walking distance for coffee shops and restaurants), but very quiet at night. Kim is very responsive and provided all the information we needed. We definitely recommend her place and hoping to stay there again!

The apartment is wonderful -- especially the deck! I had everything I needed in the kitchen, the bed was comfy, and it was very quiet at night. I loved that the hosts are dog-friendly. The only things I wasn't super happy with were 1) the host's dog ran loose (I saw him because he chased the family of deer out of the yard while I happened to be watching them); if I had been out there in the side yard with my little dog, I would have worried about their dog running at her and me. And 2) the deck wasn't as quiet and peaceful during the day as I had expected, because there were loud pickup trucks coming and going from the house (also a place of business, I discovered), during the day. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

Our children could not wait to return. We previously stayed 2 years ago and knew where to stay when we wanted to return to Raleigh for vacation again. We had a great experience and the home offered plenty of space for our family.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my needs. My plans changed a bit last minute due to weather so I ended up having a bit of a staycation & I mostly stayed in & cooked a nice meal. The house was comfortable, felt like home, & was exactly what I was looking for. The area was quiet & I felt safe, even at night & with crappy weather.

Kinjel is a great host. Very responsive and super helpful! If you are looking for a short term stay while you are in Raleigh (or relocate to Raleigh like we did), look no further. The two desks came in super handy since we both work from home. Everything you need is a short drive away.

This was a beautiful home, and is absolutely perfect for someone solo or for a couple. It has a drive way, nice porch, everything inside is modern, 2 bathrooms (rare for a 1 bedroom place), 2 TVs, and most importantly 2 ceiling fans. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Kristi's place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop deck was fantastic with a gorgeous view of downtown, a place to grill and enjoy the fire pit. The Home was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our group had a wonderful stay, perfect place for gathering or to just enjoy quiet time, Would stay here again.

Jonny's home looked exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Easy checkin and out, no isssues what so ever. I highly recommend his home to anyone looking to stay in the Clayton area. He allowed us to check in a little before the scheduled time and we so appreciated that. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place for the price. Our hosts had little snacks and toiletry items available which was a nice touch.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing, and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful—with lots of birds, tortoises, and fish to watch. Lois is a very polite, responsive, and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Lynne communicated with us and was responsive when we let her know a couple of things had run out. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The location was safe and perfect for our needs.

Very close to everything in Raleigh! Especially convenient if you have a loved one in UNC Rex Hospital.

Kiyonna’s place is beautiful. Very comfortable , cozy , and cute. Check in instructions were clear aiding in a smooth check in as well as check out. Kiyonna is a very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!
