St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). In a very quiet hamlet at the gates of Uzès, come and discover this charming typical village house tastefully decorated. Ideal for visiting the area, walking in nature, Uzès 10 km away, local shops within walking distance. Garage and courtyard not adjoining the house. And the house is equipped with a Verisure alarm system and remote monitoring in the living room and in the upstairs hallway only when it is in operation and the alarm is triggered.

I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.

The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection, a home cinema system and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.
