Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för tre personer.
