The spacious luxury house is right in the center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house has a spacious bathroom, an outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, floor heating, pellet stove, air conditioning. The house has two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as dishwasher and combi oven. Nearby, there is plenty to do.

Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.

In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Vacation apartment Stadskanaal

Stadskanaal is located on the outskirts of Drenthe and Westerwolde. From here, you can reach the city of Groningen or Assen within 45 minutes by car. Leer or Oldenburg in Germany is also within reasonable reach. From Stadskanaal, there are beautiful cycling routes in Drenthe or Westerwolde. The fortified town of Bourtange is of course also worth a visit. Stadskanaal has restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Chateau Weiland is a lovely light cottage with its own entrance plus views of the greenery. A good bed and a nice shower. Equipped with all comforts such as well-functioning internet (fiberglass), air conditioning, and a kitchenette. With nice weather, you can open the doors to the terrace and enjoy the sun on 1 of the sunbeds in the garden.
