Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Equipment: 1 living room with kitchenette and sitting area, 1 anteroom with wardrobe, 1 modern bathroom with shower/toilet Kitchenette: fridge, oven with hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes... bed linen, towels, bath towels. For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Im Dezember 2022 komplett kernsaniert, haben wir dieser Ferienwohnung im Souterrain mit rustikalen Holzelementen und Steinfliesen Wohlfühlcharakter verpasst und mit Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet. Verbringt kuschelige Nächte in diesem hellen, gemütlichem Apartment und genießt eurer Frühstück mit einem beeindruckendem Bergblick.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.
