Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 480 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

For any two guests needing separate sleeping arrangements there is a chair-lounger-bed (twin size) available with provided bedding. NOTE: The bathroom has a sloped ceiling, as pictured. if you are very tall, it may be uncomfortable.

Welcome to "The Roc-House" We cater to professionals, couples, large families, small and large groups. We are located literally 1 mile from anything you can think of. The airport is a 4 min drive as well as our major expressway is a 1/4 mile down the street. we couldn't be more centrally located to accommodate all your needs. Our home office dedicated to work from home with hard wire internet connections for laptops, TVs to connect to your zoom calls. We look forward to hosting you!!

Well equipped charming guest suite with a private entrance on the ground level with pool access. Conveniently located to many locale attractions. Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.
