A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day.
