The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment on the outskirts of the municipality of Trogen and yet, only about 4 km from the city of Hof. Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Zoo Hof, Untreusee, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, museum, old town Hof, Frankenwald, Fichtelgebirge, various restaurants and much more.

We only offer a completely renovated holiday apartment in June 2020. The village of Trogen is located near the town of Hof an der Saale. The apartment is located on the outskirts and very well connected to the cycling and hiking network. Excursion destinations such as the Zoo Hof, the Untreusee with climbing park, other bathing options, Hof's city centre, and the Deutsch-Deutsche Museum Mödlareuth can be reached quickly and easily. In our small, quietly located apartment, you can expect stylish furnishings with attention to detail, a philosopher's house on the balcony, as well as an infrared sauna for that extra dose of wellness. Located directly between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Forest, not only hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Our beautiful city of Hof also has a lot to offer with extraordinary and popular recreational areas such as the Untreusee and the Theresienstein.

The apartment with garden view is in a semi-detached house downstairs in the annex (basement). The granny flat is about 50 sqm, 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen. The house is at the end of a dead end road. The apartment was renovated in 2022/2023. For long-term stays, longer than 2 months, we offer interesting offers for tenants and corporate customers.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Take a vacation in Upper Franconia. For travelers or couples. We offer a newly renovated apartment with full equipment for a maximum of 3 people. Parking is available right outside the door. Within walking distance you can reach shopping facilities. In a few minutes you can reach the Hofer Freiheitshalle and the theater. Garden use on request. The apartment and access is not suitable for people with disabilities and is not barrier-free. No smoking inside the apartment.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
