Welcome to our holiday home Le Hibou. It is located on the small-scale holiday domain Aux Martis, in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel road and hidden among the old oaks, you imagine yourself in the middle of nature here. But: civilisation is always nearby and the holiday home is fully equipped. The terrace overlooks the valley and a small path leads to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip.

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in a green setting. Located less than an hour from the Dordogne and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot. The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a partially fenced plot of more than 3000 m2. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private road (so no car traffic around) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

In the center of Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the city of Sarlat, the cottage Les Pierres Blondes offers accommodation "Les Vinaigriers". You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.
