Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all very clean and cozy. Monica was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She gave us great tips for excursions in the area and was always available when we needed something. The house is very cozy and the view from the garden and the balcony is fantastically beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

Emanuele is a great host that communicates promptly and clearly. the penthouse has, as advertised, the greatest views of lake Como. We spent 3 out of the 4 evenings of our stay, at the veranda, with food and a bottle of wine, completely absorbed by the views. the drive from Como to Brunate and back is through (at times) a narrow road but even SUVs and the public bus service manage to go up and down. parking is easy as the house lies at a secluded cul de sac with amazing views over the lake. all in all we had a great stay and we lived the place. Amazing place nearby MXP airport. There are taxis and Uber always available from airport. Takes less than 15 mins to reach. Guido is always responsive with requests for booking taxis and recommendations to reach Milan. Thanks for hosting us and will definitely visit again. Recommended!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

We were there a few years ago - we liked it then as much as we do now. The apartment is very cozy and offers enough space to stay indoors (for toddlers, a sun-free place with air conditioning is also great :)). We also liked the opportunity to get a cappuccino downstairs and drink it on our own balcony. Communication with Francesca was very straightforward and fast, check-in and check-out were also very easy and flexible. We can certainly imagine coming here a third time. :)

Beautiful place with many activities nearby. The apartment was nice and cozy, and the view was a highlight. The way to the apartment from the public parking lot in Gordemo was easy to find thanks to Elena's help. :) We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time with Andrea and Orsola and highly recommend staying there! The two are super attentive and have many good tips for the area. The accommodation is really very nice and both the house and the botanical garden are prepared with attention to the details. The location offers great opportunities for activities in the area and at the same time offers a lot of peace and quiet! Thanks for a great stay and the really great recommendations!

We enjoyed Simona's place. The apartment had a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. From Baveno, you can take many excursions.

Small accommodation, but everything you need is there. The garden has beautiful afternoon/evening sun and it is only 1 minute walk from the lake. There is a small beach, 2-3 restaurants and a bar. For the supermarket you had to drive 5 min to Laveno. Christina was super sweet and helpful and provided us with great tips. Great stay! A single criticism: a second deck chair for the garden would be great! ;)

We had a wonderful time at Marcos and Marias place! The flat was clean, beautiful and very cosy. I would like to emphasise the view - breathtakingly beautiful. We can recommend the flat 100% and would love to come back again 😊

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

Francesco was very responsive and helpful during our two night stay. The apartment is clean, neat and beautifully presented. It is a great space for a couple who are looking to be close to the main attractions, but away from the busy tourist areas. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby so it is easy to grab a meal/coffee etc. It is flat, easy walk from Milano Centrale station (10 mins). We would stay here again when next in Milan.
