Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Lake Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Gamla Gefle

Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

In Bergby, a small village between Gävle & Söderhamn you'll find this cabin. With only a couple of minutes from the highway E4 you will take yourself to this peaceful getaway faster than a blink. As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Huset är renoverat och ligger i ett lugnt område i centrala Gävle mitt emot Oskarspark. Stugan har ett vackert utsikt över Oskarsparken. Njut av uteplatsen och parkmiljön. Bo med gångavstånd till centrum, restauranger, en lekplats och en mycket vacker park Boulognerskogen. I det lilla huset finns ett badrum, ett köksvrå och ett rum med öppen planlösning (studio). Upp till 3 personer kan bo i huset. Boendet än inte barnanpassad. Barn över 8 år är välkomna.

The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

Private kitchen as well as the bathroom. Check in after 3 p.m. Check out before 11am Guests clean the home on departure, alternatively cleaning can be added as an option of 850kr.
