The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Amazing 180˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, lies this cozy cottage. Here you come back to grandma's cottage from 1971. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
