Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. Charming cottage with stunning views over fields as far as the eye can see. The house is located in a quiet area, but is still close to the sea and Marielyst town. The cottage consists of 3 rooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with smartTV and Wi-Fi. From both the living room and one room as well as several cozy corners in the garden, you can enjoy the view over fields where you can experience, among other things, bird life and red deer. Ideal for a stay with a focus on tranquility but a short distance to city life and the sea.

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

The house is the epitome of cozy with a wood-burning stove, a garden room with idyllic views, fruit trees in the backyard and sea views. Discover the beautiful beaches, wooded areas and cycling routes that the house is located near. There is also only a 10-minute drive to the holiday town of Marielyst with good shopping, mini golf, bowling, restaurants and cafes, etc., where the whole family can enjoy themselves.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Nice garden, with the possibility to barbecue, play football, tennis etc. or just relax. 6 km from Marielyst beach. Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (DKK 75 per guest) If the home is not left in the same condition as on arrival, a cleaning fee of at least DKK 600 will be charged.
