You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Welcome to Tönnhausen, a small suburb of Winsen (Luhe). A modernly furnished 60m² two-room apartment awaits you, offering easy access. The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. The kitchen has a small seating area for two people. The best way to reach us is by car, which you can park free of charge in front of our property. We look forward to your visit.

Keine dicht aneinanderliegenden Ferienhäuser, kein Durchgangsverkehr – nur Ruhe, Natur und Privatsphäre. Ein Storchennest befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Elbdeich und Elberadweg sind 200 m entfernt, zwei Fahrräder stehen kostenlos bereit.

Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
