Just a few steps away from restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, banks and the post office. A night ski slope is about 400 m away and the main Ochsenkopf Nord exit is only about 1 km away. The house offers convenient parking right outside the front door or in a large parking lot nearby. Wi-Fi and a QLED TV with Netflix and Disney Channel are available.

Cozy studio apartment

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Relax on the wildlife farm

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Hi. We are Janine, Markus and our little son Olivio. We warmly welcome you to the beautiful Fichtel Mountains. We rent out our beautiful apartment ANNI in the immediate vicinity of the Ochsenkopf, the Fichtelsee, beautiful forests, natural ponds and barefoot paths. Here you can romp around, experience pure nature and tranquility, collect herbs and strength and go swimming in low mountain lakes, leave your car and be free.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

Apartment with large balcony, in the countryside.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
