Nystølvarden is the area's most popular tour, and can be reached in both summer and winter. There is a year-round road, electricity, water and drainage.

HYTTA - er en nyoppført hytte (2024), som ligger i et lite hyttefelt på Oppheimsåsen med rolige omgivelser. Dette er en hytte som passer utmerket for storfamilien, eller flere familier. Hytta har en høy og moderne standar. Det er skiløyper rett utenfor, sykkelsti, fiskevann, samt flere fjellturer i nærheten. Tottelia is located in the middle of the sandwich for an active stay in Hemsedal. Ski in/out, cross country trails and bike trails in the immediate vicinity. Here is something to do at any time! The cabin is mainly rented to families and people over the age of 30.
