The cabin is located at the foot of Hardangervidda 1030 masl. There is beautiful hiking terrain right outside the cabin door with endless opportunities for nature experiences for small children's feet to experienced mountaineers. Right behind the cabin wall there are cross-country ski trails that can take you far into Hardangervidda or around the nearby area. Uvdal alpine center is only 10 minutes away by car for speed-loving ski enthusiasts. At the same time, Dagali Mountain Park, Dagali experiences and Langedrag Nature Park offer exciting experiences.

Ski in ski out with immediate proximity to the alpine resort, and prepared ski trails around Ustedalsfjorden. 5-10 minutes walk to Vestlia Resort with restaurant, spa and swimming pool. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up.
