Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gelemiş

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. We sincerely thank the hostess of this amazing and magical house❤️

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aydin's place. Lovely views and a well equipped home with everything you need. Kalkan is also a beautiful area with nice shops and restaurants.

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Very clean and tidy apartment. All of the furniture and appliances are new. The photos and description correspond to reality. Accommodation was comfortable

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kas and not too high into the hill to make the walk hard, but high enough that the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room was comfortable and a good place to hang out in, as the weather during our stay was a bit cold. We would definitely return if we visit Kas again.

Apartments have very plesent interior. Great panoramic view from terrace and even from the master bedroom. Jacuzzi works like a charm. Only one thing need to consider — house stays along the road. And at the night it could bit not comfortable for those who prefer to sleep in the absolute silence.

We had a wonderful stay - 2 families, with kids aged 5 - 15. At home, the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, and the views are lovely across to the sea. The Kalamar beach club was great, just 10 minutes walk downhill from the house and they give you a ride back up the hill at the end of the day. The food isn't cheap but staff really helpful and the sea trampoline was so much fun. Kulube is a really beautiful spot too - less set up for kids but they were very happy snorkelling and swimming. Our trip to the sandy beach was also stunning and hardly anyone there in early June. A couple of things to be prepared for: the pool is very deep, and you have to watch over kids in the hot tub at all times (as per the house rules). Our daughter slipped under and got her hair caught in the filter - we quickly got her out but I say this to emphasise the need to keep watch! Max is a very good host and the local staff who maintain the villas were great. We got fresh bread delivered every morning.

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

A fabulous villa on a private community above Kalkan. Great views of the bay. Great amenities. A lovely pool and tidy garden. There on site restaurant and 25 metre pool were a big attraction for us. The only minor issue we had was the stray dogs - they chewed things that were left out and stole a shoe. (which the staff on the estate found).

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. Mr. Bekir was interested, he was a good host, he immediately helped us out when something was missing. Dolmus hours also led us to things like how to go. The house and pool were clean, the items were sufficient. Only the garden seemed a little more neglected than the one in the photo, but it was still a comfortable, nice place to use. We recommend Mr. Bekir's house and thank him very much:)

If you have a holiday plan away from people on the weekend, this is the house for you. The host is very friendly and solution-oriented. We enjoyed it a lot. & Thank you for everything We plan to come again in the future

Very good villa, which corresponds to the pictures. In any case, you have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a bit too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path, which could be upgraded. But otherwise, if you have rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. Gladly again.

Great villa. Host was very welcoming and the place was clean. Location is great and near shops and restaurants. The view is amazing as well. All the equipment in the house works as it should. Would definitely stay again.
