The house is located in a very quiet place away from the center, the pool is very large, we stayed with 4 people, there is separate air conditioning in each room and 3 bathrooms, the barbecue was quite sufficient They did maintenance every day and the house was very clean, the hot tub was very nice, overall, we were very satisfied But if you don't have a car, it will be very difficult, the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes by car

Ms. Pınar's house was quiet and peaceful due to its location, and it was very successful in terms of design. The house was in the same condition as shown in the photos, it had the same beauty. We had a nice holiday with the cleaning, maintenance and quick responses of Ms. Pınar. Thank you very much...

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Kalkan, close to the city center, where you can have a nice holiday with your family. The pool of the house is clean and all the air conditioners, etc. that you may need for the person staying in the house were available and in working condition. The host Mr. Ahmet and his family are extremely caring, sensitive and kind people. We said goodbye, not realizing how time had passed.

Amazing place, matched the photos, private location, we had a rental car and were able to drive to local places for food…there is also a supermarket a few minutes away which is convenient. The place itself was amazing with scenic views and an amazing private pool and garden area. Sedat the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, I would highly recommend if you are staying around Saribelen area which is close to Kas and other worth visiting areas. I stayed with my wife and would stay again if I visited in the near future. Thanks :)

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Ms. Yaren is a really good host, our communication was quick and caring. The house was also nice in terms of location, it was perfect to quietly relax and reach the lively rotations with a distance of 15 minutes by car or to reach Patara beach in 2 minutes. Everything was as it looks in the pictures, or even better, and it was convenient. If I plan again, I will definitely choose it again.

We had a wonderful time at Z house. A few things to note: 1) host very attentive, responsive and helpful. 2) place clean and well equipped. 3) location is perfect, near to beach and restaurants ( but slopes quite steep and cobbles - not suitable for elderly, prams, wheelchairs etc. 4) overall, we loved it, loved Kalkan and would totally recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment presented to us was the same as the photos. I can say that I looked at the view for hours. Our house was left clean. They provided flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. We thank Ms. Merve for her interest.

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

The house was exactly as it was in the photos. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. All small appliances were available such as coffee, tea, toaster and blender. It would be nice to have a tablet for the dishwasher. The sunbeds were sufficient, the equipment facilities of the house were quite good. The size of the pool was ideal even for 7 people. Thank you

We traveled with my wife and 2 other children from Istanbul to attend the vow ceremony of my son who served as a military service. We made a 3-day holiday plan for ourselves because our transformation would be difficult. We met Hüseyin and his family through Airbnb. The beautiful people of my beautiful yurt really. The amenities in the villa were very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool ,jacuzzi ,barbecue were pleasant. We spent 3 days surrounded by peaceful nature. In addition, we collected the aged olives served from the garden and brine. Thank you to Hüseyin and his father, Mr. İBRAHİM. Privacy was respected. No one disturbed me. We were very satisfied. Although it was our first Airbnb experience, it was really nice and went smoothly. Everything is well thought out. The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Serhat and his family for the divine they showed us. When we entered the house, when we opened the refrigerator, the tomatoes and peppers they brought from their greenhouses were legendary. The house is nicer than the ones in the photo. 5 minutes to Kalkan and 5 minutes to Patara beach. 2 minutes away from Yesilkoy center. The pool is longer and clean than the other villas pool. We had no issues with cleanliness. There are places to sit and spend enough time outside and inside the house. Recommended for those who go as a family and look for a place to stay. It's a quiet and calm place. Full of peace of mind. Everything was beautiful. Thanks again for everything.
