Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Noble is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, with no buildings around it, with a view of the Kabak Bay, which resembles a hidden paradise where the forest meets the turquoise sea. This stone house, which has a 3,000 m2 botanical garden, is unique in Faralya. In the botanical garden, there is a vegetable garden that guests can use, as well as flowers that emit exquisite scents such as jasmine and lavender. Our house will give you an unforgettable holiday with these features.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Villa Moonshine is a luxurious holiday villa in Kalkan. With 4 bedrooms, it sleeps 9 people and is ideal for families and groups. The modern, luxurious construction and the view over the picturesque bay of Kalamar and the mountain panorama give Villa Moonshine a unique character. A large pool is exclusively for the use of the guests. The beach is only 900 m away, the center of Kalkan is a few minutes' walk away.

You will experience the villa you do not have. The pool is heated, and the additional heating fee is €250 per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in

Our villa awaits you, our esteemed guests, for a peaceful vacation. Our villa's pool is larger and more spacious than usual; it is 50 square meters. There is a view of the Patara Sea (visible in the distance between two mountains), albeit in the distance.
