Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

We are renting a nice and spacious 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the Büdingen district of Rohrbach, between Büdingen and the Keltenwelt am Glauberg. The friendly apartment has a separate entrance, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi access is available. Pets on request. Accommodation is possible for 3 people, including 2 adults. The Vulkanradweg and the Bonifatius route are in the immediate vicinity.

Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and thus also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example, Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.
