This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

(35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich takes half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our place is good for singles, couples, and families with children.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
