Situated on the outskirts of the Kraichgau, with a breath taking view of the Heuchelberg and surrounded by vineyards, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing weekend trip or holiday. The accommodation is perfect for couples, single travellers or families with children, as the second sleeping option is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The new building was acquired by us in May 2016. The 46 square meter apartment on the ground floor of the house is quiet but also central to many places of interest in the region. Wine cultivation with the typical broom economies, as well as many winemakers with tasting rooms can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
