Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Cette maison est habitée lorsqu’elle n’est pas disponible. Dès lors, vous disposez de tout le confort et le matériel nécessaire pour profiter d’un super séjour. Bien entendu, mes affaires sont présentes. Proche de la France, Ragnies, Charleroi ou Mons. 1h de Bruxelles. Depuis septembre 2023, un nouveau canapé fait office de deuxième lit.

The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

Un endroit ideal pour des promenades dans la campagne environnante et des ballades en vélos (2 vélos disponibles). Le logement convient pour un couple accompagné d'un adulte ou de 2 enfants .

L'atelier

Ancien atelier d’artiste transformé en une charmante maisonnette autonome. Dans un petit hameau à 4 km du centre de Genappe, à 100 m du Ravel Ottignies-Nivelles, à proximité de Nivelles, Waterloo, Braine-l’Alleud, Villers-la-Ville et Louvain-la-Neuve. A 25 km de Bruxelles.
