Holiday rentals with a patio in Genesee County

The location was quiet and we could walk to dinner, coffee, and shopping. The space was clean and exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a family reunion . The location was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep and the beds were very comfy!

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient—just a short 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls—which made day trips really easy. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group of four to six. My friends and I had an incredible time relaxing, cooking, and enjoying each other's company. The host, Candy, was outstanding—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Communication was quick and seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway near Niagara. We’d definitely love to come back!

This was our second stay at Tamara’s. It’s exactly as described. It is spotless and perfect for our needs. We stayed to move our daughter and we needed a two bedroom with room to watch TV, do work and a functional kitchen. Thanks Tamara!

It’s a very peaceful and clean place to stay but the laundry isn’t looks like what I expect. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely will recommend the Butter Block to whoever comes to Buffalo in the future. Julia is a very nice and informative host.

It was very nice. The inside is nicely decorated and appointed. The beds were comfortable. New front porch was a nice space to hang out. Updated everything, enough appliances to make almost anything, linens were nice, towels soft. Parking in the back, off the street, was very helpful. Overall, nice little house, very comfortable. I would rent it again.

We stayed here with a group for my sister’s wedding weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay! The house is gorgeous and we loved the pond view! We were comfortable and cozy and felt right at home! We had everything we needed and the beds and couch were very comfortable! Julie was a kind, helpful, and communicative host! We chose Michael's place at the last minute due to another air bnb cancelling on us without notice. We are glad that we chose this place as Michael was very welcoming and responsive. The location was easy to find and close to where we wanted to be. The place is small, but that is very clear on the posting. We really only needed a place to sleep and shower as we were attending a family event in Clarence. The area is nice with a really cute coffee shop with great food in a walkable distance (about a 1/4 of a mile). There are sidewalks to it's a safe walk. There are also a few other shops, but we didn't visit them. Directly across the street there is a gas station convenience store - great for essentials such as ice, beer, snacks, etc. The house is on a main road, but we didn't notice any traffic noise. The kitchen is adorable and up to date as is the remainder of the house. We didn't a chance to use the solo fire pit due to the weather :(.

It was another great visit to Kristen's home. The views are mesmerizing from morning to evening. The house has everything you need and more! I loved watching the jet skiers; they have no fear! All the restaurants within walking distance had excellent food and staff, especially the Irish pub. You must visit! I even got a great haircut next door at ShearBreeze by Mellisa. Overall, it's a great place to decompress.. Thanks for sharing your beautiful and comfortable home, and we will probably see you again at the same time next year.

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

this place was a steal considering the size of the house! It was homey, comfortable, and so quiet. We spent many nights out on the patio, despite the cold, due to the peace that was much needed. The house was well prepared with everything you need and more, and thank goodness because my son wound up sick the first couple days - everything we needed to help with that was already in the house! Laura was always quick to respond, most of the time instantly, if we had questions. It was the perfect way to spend our first time in NY. We will book again for sure next time we venture up there!

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Thank you Jon, very much appreciated.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was awesome! Christopher was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Great location, easy to find, lots to do around there. Highly recommend

I don’t know where to start about Chris. I wish everybody that owned an Airbnb was as great as him. I really appreciate everything he did. I recommend anybody to use this location when you’re staying in Buffalo.

This was a great air bnb in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable and look forward our next stay in Buffalo. Hopefully there will be availability to stay here when we return this fall.
