Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Genesee County

Have stayed with Theresa several times. Apartment(s) were perfect for a family visit to WNY so we all could visit the local attractions and catch up with family. Plans to stay at Theresa's place again in the near future.

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot for us. The instructions were very thorough and made checking in super easy. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Scott was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even allowed our friend to pick something up that we had forgotten after check out. Definitely would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay and not a ton of room. Great overall experience.

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

Here are a few things we loved about Richard and Susan’s apartment. • A private porch overlooking a beautiful yard. • Well stocked kitchen (including bread, milk/juice, butter and eggs. • Comfortable beds. • Very spacious. • Clean • Peaceful • Easy drive to the town of Medina.

Comfy couch and bed. Very clean. Friendly hosts. Off street parking. Backyard for the dogs. Loved the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

We had an excellent stay at Alexander’s! Perfect location for attending the Nitrate Film Festival, but also lots of food and cafes within walking distance too. The apartment itself is in a beautiful historic home and was very comfortable. We’d absolutely book a stay here again!

We loved staying at Peter’s place! It was perfect for the two of us. And everything was just as described, would definitely stay again. The location was exactly where we wanted to be!

Kristi has a very cozy set up and was easy to work with. She was responsive over the phone and the check in and check out was a breeze. I would stay again.

This place was extremely convenient to my family, making our stay here perfect. We found it comfortable, clean and quiet.The chickens running around in the morning were a bonus!

Shauns place is a beautiful house right near the center of le Roy. it's very comfortable and warm. Not noisy at all and great furniture and beds. Had a great washing machine and dryer. very easy to reach him if I needed anything. Definitely recommend if you need to be in le roy it's a great rental

Great place would stay again

We were there from Louisiana to visit family in Burgen. The house was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was there. This is an old farm house near dairy farms; it was clean, organized, and has great personality. I felt very safe there. We are very thankful to have found such a nice place 10 minutes away from family. Thank you!! We will be back.

Michelle's place was so comfortable for my family (1 grandmother, 1 mom, 1 daughter + 2 grad school roommates and 2 dogs). And the location is very convenient for those heading to the Darian Lake which was my daughter's birthday request.

Our family of three* had a wonderful time and were quite comfortable here. The lake was beautiful; husband caught fish everyday; boat was fun. House was nice and quite clean; beds were comfortable. Batavia has good places to eat; drive to Rochester was pleasant. The piano was playable (though not tuned). Saw chipmunks and swimming muskrats. The only actual irritation with the home is the poor lighting in the common area (literally half the kitchen is unlit, and dining area is barely lit). It's lovely during the day because of skylights, but at night, it's annoying. * Requiring more privacy, personal space, and organization than most, I would not have been able to stay here with another family because: a) the second full bathroom is miniscule and opens into the common area, which would have caused huge anxiety for me, b) the kitchen had no space for unrefrigerated food storage, so the limited counter space would have always been a disaster area. But for the three of us, it was great.

If I could rate 10 stars I definitely would! Sandra and her husband were awesome! They were responsive and super friendly! It is a perfect location as you are only minutes away from shopping/leisure. The house felt like home! Would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Thank you Jon, very much appreciated.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

This was great for the six of us to visit family in the area. Beds were comfortable and the kids toys was a nice touch. Thank you again we would stay again

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.
