For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

Extremely pleasant stay at Pascale's in Genêts in every way: lovely welcome, flexible hours, excellent bedding for our teens as well as for us (super important for us!!!), walkable in 2 minutes with views of the entire bay of Mont St Michel, accommodation with everything you need: we absolutely did not miss anything! In short, the stay was absolutely perfect, especially since we had incredible weather: warm and beautiful!! We'll most certainly be back! Thanks again for everything Pascale!

Great welcome, Laura and Emmanuel welcomed us very well with our dog in a clean, quiet and very comfortable accommodation, you can even enjoy the south-facing garden! The small village of Genêts is charming and the view of Mont St-Michel close to the accommodation was superb. We were able to get there the next day with a little car. Excellent!

We had a wonderful short break - thanks Sabine for being a wonderful host! Would love to come back again soon!

I was allowed to live with my children in Stéphane's house over Pentecost. It was really sparkling clean and very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is very quiet on the outskirts without traffic and directly on the hiking trail. In addition, Stéphane is super helpful and always available, thank you again for that! We will be happy to come back!

If you want to have a pleasant and relaxing stay in the bay of Mont St Michel, this accommodation is for you! A well-located house (near the center of Genêts), comfortable and quiet. You can buy bread and picnic supplies at the village bakery (a mention for their homemade ice cream and sorbets!!), do your shopping and fill up your car at the Super U, which is a few kilometers away. Stéphanie, although not living nearby, is very responsive and goes out of her way to be helpful! We recommend her accommodation without hesitation...

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

House with a lot of charm, decorated and arranged with taste and very well stocked, especially for cooking. Very quiet location and close to the sea and hiking trails.

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

We had a wonderful time here. After a hectic and busy time, we were ready for some rest. We got that here. Very nice house with a nice terrace and furniture and wonderfully private. I highly recommend this cottage for a lovely quiet stay. Wiljlhelmine has been a Superhost for us.

The house is very cute and fashionably designed. Perfect for 2 people. And the location is great. We were there for a couple of days and went for a beautiful hike by the coast. Another day we went to le Mont Saint-Michel.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good starting point to explore St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes to Mont Saint Michel from the apartment. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.
