Lovely forest with castle is 50 meters from the house and the beach only 2 km away. The station is 1 km away. Only 15 minutes by train to Copenhagen city center. Do not want children under the age of 8 as a tenant.

Dyssegård St. (Approx. 500 m) where you can reach the inner city in 14 min. There is also the possibility to walk and run in Dyssegårdsparken, where there is also a beautiful playground and outdoor fitness. On a 5-minute walk you can reach Søborg main street, where there are a choice of shops and restaurants.

It is 180 m2 and has a historic touch with high panes and high ceilings. The garden is completely redone and has a great big terrace and beautiful florals. Also, the basement has been totally refurbished. The public bus can take you to all Copenhagen tourist attractions in 15-20 minutes.
