Monthly Rentals in George Washington National Forest

The cabin was everything you could ever want. The most tranquil, relaxing, private, and beautiful spot I have ever stayed at. Nothing beats waking up in the morning to the sound of a rushing creek and birds chirping. On top of it all, you are only 20 or so minutes away from Harrisonburg where there are plenty of local shops and attractions to see. Sally and Jeff are the best hosts you could ask for. They are very kind, responsive, and just the nicest people you could meet. I could not recommend staying here enough, and I will definitely be returning.

Airbnb is great and so is Bradley and Lynette for responding quick. We enjoy every view we had from this place.

Really enjoyed our stay in the country. Thankful for all the accommodations- appreciated having extra pillows, blankets, and an air bed. Especially enjoyed the grass-fed beef. The house is well stocked and set up for guests. Beautiful setting. Excellent communications with the hosts.

My family and I had such an amazing time here at The Roost! This was the perfect father's day getaway. My husband is already trying to plan our next trip back here. The place had everything we needed and more. We are so excited to come back again next time and to introduce our family to this gem of a place.
