Lovely house. Everything you need for your stay and relaxation is there (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning). Everything is new, Very clean and cozy area. The location is great and the beach is close. Hosts are very friendly and hospitable people. Everything will be told, told. We will be happy to come again!

George's house was the second of all time spent on the coast. The first week was in the city in one of the rooms of countless hotels, and during this time it felt like we were more tired than we rested. We decided to find something else closer to nature. So we found ourselves in Sunny Hotel, and these three days were magical. Sounds, smells, and views here take down the roof, and the hosts are some of the most welcoming people we've ever met. Therefore, I strongly recommend to anyone who is tired of the metropolis

Highly recommended! Hosts are wonderful people. Very attentive to the details. Provided complimentary transportation from / to Batumi Railway Station. Even offered to drive us from microbus station, as they saw my mom was hard to walk. Rooms are clean, equipted with TV and A/C, private bathroom, comfortable beds and amazing terrace with view to the sea and Batumi! The most beautiful Botanical garden and the cleanest beach in the region are available in 3 min. by car.

A very large, beautiful house with a wonderful view of the garden. The house is located in the area of Zeleny Cape and near a large beach and the Botanical Garden. Very good location, 10 minutes to Batumi by minibus, which runs right next to the house, costing 60 tetri. Very hospitable family, special thanks to Marina, the hostess of the house, for her delicious breakfasts. She told us where to go, what to see and how to get there - a very good and kind woman))))

If you want to stay in Batumi area but not in the city itself this is great place. It’s close to the beach and also to the botanical garden ( I highly recommend to visit it ). It takes about 20 minutes by taxi or bus to get into city. Place is sparkling clean, stylish with modern furniture and it’s really cozy and comfortable. Georgi is a great host. He helps you with everything. The only drawback is that it is a bit harder to find but overall I can only recommend this accommodation.

My child and I had a room with air conditioning and a sea view! The hosts are friendly. Before booking, write directly to WhatsApp. Ground floor amenities. Summer kitchen. To the sea on foot min 10-15, back uphill, I took a taxi often, with a child in my arms it is difficult to climb... Quiet, calm vacation))) On the territory of the site there is a cat and a dog,☺️ everyone had a great vacation

Every walk back to Murman's place felt like a magical entry into the enigmatic world of Svaneti. his place is cozy and cute. morning coffee on the terrace will make you forget it was ever hard to wake up early in the morning.

Very nice and tasteful house. The owner is an artist, there are many beautiful paintings in the house, a cozy seating area.

This is a lovely place to stay - especially with children because there are so many farm animals to look at! It is an absolutely beautiful setting, and the room was comfortable and very nice. The family restaurant on premise is incredible, I ate so much, and the wine from their winery is out of this world! The best part was how kind and welcoming Natia and her family were. It is one of those special places where the place is lovely, but the people, both the hosts and the other guests, you meet are the best part!

Beautiful and safe place with the most beautiful view and the host is very helpful. There are many activities next to the cottage. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for everything you did for us🙏🏼. I advise everyone who likes to be in touch with nature to visit this cottag👍

Great place near Kazbek, Gudauri ski resort, and other attractions. Very polite mistress Nonna. Clean,spacious rooms with great mountain views, which can comfortably accommodate any group. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come again!

Outstanding cottages with a breathtaking view. The host was extraordinary helpful with everything.The associated restaurant offers the same stunning view as from the cottage, relaxed athmosphere and on top very very delicous meals with fair prices. We had a very pleasant stay. House is located in a peaceful and picturesque location. Really good bad, great quality of pillows and blanket. Spotless amenities and everything smells nice.

Cozy place with alot of green around, gives a tropical vibe! More genuine atmosphere than at the block hotels down by the beach. Easy and nice walk to beach. Little store with some food in the same building, and a restaurant next to the hotel. Value for the money!

Pros: - Beautiful place and private descent to small canyon fantastic - Easy to find, there are signposts - The room was clean - Air conditioning, no bugs in the room at night - There's a restaurant where ladies prepare delicious Georgian meals, you can even pay with a card, it's a bit more expensive than in cities - There is a shop near Guest House where you can pay with a card and another descent to the canyon where you can swim - In the evening, it's nice to relax on one of several hammocks - Gogita greets guests with a smile, and his wife speaks English and is happy to help with any issues - The nicest thing was that the host drove us to the airport on the way to Kutaisi, thanks again! Cons: - It was getting cold in the room at night, but you can heat up the air conditioning - There are no hangers - Shower gel shelves, shampoo, need to be placed on the floor - I didn't know which kitchen guests could use, there were still cooks in the outside
