The best airbnb I have been to. The house is built with careful consideration for your needs, like hot water, heater for the room, aircondition, good wifi, washing machine, all so you can enjoy nature in comfort. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly in a natural way, which made a big difference for us, since we felt we were around friends. The animals are a nice experience as well, and the village is charming. We hope to come back one day :)

We loved every minute of it; from the very beginning to the very last goodbye, we experienced and savored Georgian hospitality, mixed with its stunning nature, beautiful surroundings, awesome food and much, much more. Guest House Genacvale in Bandza number one!!

it was a great stay, spacious room and the location is perfectly awesome, there is many cafes, convenience store and restaurants just outside the compound. freedom Square is walkable just 5 minutes away..sir Nodar himself is very accomodating helpful and kind..🙏

beautiful spot in a wonderful home. all the amenities that we'd need with a very helpful host! great comms and sorted a minor issue that arose straight away. steep minor off road to get there, no problem in our hire 4x4

We had such a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful bungalow with a view! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the mountains was like a dream. 🏔️ The hospitality was outstanding — the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everything was super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. To top it off, the host even surprised us with a firepit as a gift, which made our evenings extra magical. 🔥✨ If you’re looking for peace, nature, and genuine warmth — this is the place. Highly recommend, and would definitely come back! 💯❤️

In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Such a peaceful and cozy getaway tucked in the woods. The A-frame accommodation was quiet and private, but there were still plenty of opportunities to socialize with the host and with other guests. The beds and pillows were also very plush and comfortable!

We had amazing time in this house! The house is in a peaceful, middle of nature place. Host was incredible, welcoming, warming people. Kitchen has everything you need in order to create perfect food. The host food also amazing. We would definitely come back

I am deeply impressed by this stay, I can’t remember when last time I saw hotels / glam pings with such great organisation, attention to detail and so on. Artem is super responsive and friendly and the site and accommodation is totally great: food, hot tub, activities, the territory, it’s all beyond comparisons. Thanks a lot for everything !!

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

Excellent quiet place, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The place is beautiful and private, and the host was very helpful. We asked him to turn on the heater for us and he came right away and turned it on. He was very kind and responded quickly to any inquiry

Stayed at Bachana’s place for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent, host was responsive and helpful with everything. the hot tub with Mountain View’s is exceptional. Would recommend 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Had a lovely stay just outside Batumi noise. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The air is fresh, and you can hear birds in the morning. It’s close enough to the city for quick trips.
