The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. I had a great stay at Daviti's place. everything was exactly as advertised. I am a host as well and I can tell that Daviti is very detail oriented. the accomodation was spotless! highly recommended!

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

Great place for a big company. Seven separate spacious bedrooms. 2 terraces. 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. 10 minutes by taxi to the city center (if there are no traffic jams).

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

We really loved Lasha's place and the hospitality of his brother Irakli who was available for anything we needed. We felt truly at home and our kids were sad to leave. You need a car if you want to move around, which we did, and explored so many wonderful places in Imereti a lot of which Irakli suggested to us and even accompanied us to. The house is in a small village and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. If you want to be away from the noise and heat of the city, it is a perfect place. We would come back without thinking twice!

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!
