The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The villa's exterior is highlighted by warm lighting and a yellow façade, framed by lush greenery. A pathway leads up to the entrance, bordered by well-maintained gardens. The upper balcony features green shutters, adding a charming touch to the inviting atmosphere.

The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering.
