The nearest place to shop can be reached by car (there is a savings market at the lift station in winter).

Almhaus Louise und Almhaus Oscar (je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, erbaut 2008) liegen direkt im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena an der Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Im Winter absolut schneesicher - im Sommer eine Oase der Ruhe. Sie können fast bis zur Haustür skien, und im Sommer sofort loswandern, da zwei Wandelrouten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Häuser liegen.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

The living space of the garden apartment includes 75 sqm with 2 bedrooms, individually and cozily furnished. A traditionally paved living space with a glazed bay window. The wind-protected south-facing terrace is particularly beautiful.
