Quaint alpine hut (Aste) in Tyrol in the middle of the mountain

For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The guesthouse Hölzlbauer is located in a quiet location at about 1700 meters of altitude and is the perfect starting point, whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press and allows an uncomplicated one to enter the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hikes or mountain bike tour in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car (there is a savings market at the lift station in winter).

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Wenn keiner Schnee hat - wir haben welchen! Almhaus Louise und Almhaus Oscar (je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, erbaut 2008) liegen direkt im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena an der Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Im Winter absolut schneesicher - im Sommer eine Oase der Ruhe. Sie können fast bis zur Haustür skien, und im Sommer sofort loswandern, da zwei Wandelrouten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Häuser liegen.

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
