A comfortable double bed (1.40m) and an additional, cozy fold-out bed can accommodate up to three people. The living area includes a small seating corner perfect for relaxing after a long day at the Wiesn. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a small meal. Enjoy the evening atmosphere on the balcony with a beautiful sunset view or relax in the peaceful courtyard. The location is unbeatable: the nearest S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away, taking you directly to Hackerbrücke and the main entrance of Oktoberfest in just a few minutes. Right around the corner, you will find a small shopping center with supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, so you can easily reach everything you need on foot. The attic apartment (3rd floor) is ideally located with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 minutes to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5-lake region, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with a toddler. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with toddlers / infants, please inform us in advance. No parties / shootings Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.
