Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

Our approximately 115 square meters apartment SONNENBLICK will delight you with its comfortable and quality facilities. The two large bedrooms and the additional sleeping in the living room with a total of 8 beds are bright and friendly and all have satellite TV. In front of each room, you start a private furnished terrace you to spend pleasant hours there and let the beautifully landscaped garden with view to a pond and creek on you.

Cozy living in the heart of the village. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 26 m² accommodation - centrally located and yet pleasantly quiet. A baker is just around the corner. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook to your liking. A washer-dryer is also available - perfect for longer stays. Thanks to the good bus connection, you can quickly get around the area.

Time out on a horse farm

You'll love this charming, unique place to stay. Experience the proximity to nature and spend time in this beautiful area, which invites you to walk and cycle. It is also excellent for giving yourself a little time out. Unfortunately, riding is not possible because I work with my horses on a different level and do not offer it. You will be welcomed by our dog Trixi.
