The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Classic small cottage (non-smoking) built 1960, located at the National Park Skjoldungernes Land. Only 100 meters to the fjord along a small forest path. The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and undisturbed garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening coziness on the terrace, and Weber gri ll Playhouse for the toddlers in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden OBS. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. while the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you want a dip, the house is located about 300m from Roskilde fjord, with a jetty and mini beach for the little ones. The house is located about 20 km from Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and it is a good 45 minutes drive to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT in the rent. (see other info)

On the 1st floor there is a kitchen and dining room, on 2. Hall TV living room and office space, and bedroom on 3. Sal with great views. The mill is a 30 minute drive from Copenhagen

Lækkert sommerhus på hele 138 m2. Fordelt på stor stue, skønt HTH køkken/spisestue, 2 badeværelser med brus og toilet, soveværelse, hyggelig alkove, bryggers og anneks med dobbeltseng. Skøn træterrasse omkring huset, så solen kan nydes fra morgen til aften. Træpilleovn/varmepumpe. Flot have, der er lukket godt af med skøn kirsebærlaurbærhæk. Kort gåtur gennem selve Ejby Ådal til Isefjorden. 800 m. til vandkant, hvor der er badebro. Vi afregner forbrug af el separat. Forbrug af vand er inklusiv.

Quiet and scenic forest garden with Tiny House. Little Sweden is aimed at those who like outdoor living, cooking on a fire/grill, with e.g. wild and edible plants, swimming in the fjord or hiking in the forest. The home is built with sustainable materials and simply furnished with a sofa bed, small dining table and simple kitchen inside and out. There is electricity and light. Solar panels and charger for electric cars. In the garden there is a simple outdoor shower and a separation toilet.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, kælegrise, masser af høns, kaniner og frække katte og fra april kommer der små lam ude på marken. Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.
