Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

Fantastic apartment with 66 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Large apartment at the foot of the Swabian Alb

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!

Come to rest - this is what the guests in our cozy and romantic cottage achieve. The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! Located in Heldenfingen, the holiday home "Bikerhäusle" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.
