Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

Trade fair & vacation - in 20 minutes in Hanover and Hildesheim

Our 75 sqm 1-room apartment upstairs with WiFi and shared use of the garden is suitable for business travelers and tourists. Our village is quiet and conveniently located (in 20 minutes) between Hildesheim and Hanover - directly on the federal highway 6 and near the highway 7. Public parking in front of the property. From the neighboring village of Sarstedt, the train goes to Hanover in 12 minutes. Supermarkets nearby. If desired, there is connection to our nice family. Bicycle rentable.

Colorful attic apartment

A colorful, spacious attic apartment (approx. 55 square meters) with kitchen awaits you, close to the S-Bahn connection (approx. 2-5 minutes' walk, depending on the direction of travel) to Hanover and Hildesheim. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2016 and has a maximum ceiling height of 2.25 m. One bathroom offers a bathtub with sink and mirror cabinet and the other a hand sink and toilet. The living room offers a sofa, TV and, if needed, a children's play corner.

The apartment is located in the village Hasede between Hildesheim and Hanover. With the optimal connection by the B6 to both cities, the apartment is a good starting point. Especially for exhibition guests, it offers a quick connection to the Hannover/Laatzen exhibition center (by car about 13 min). In addition you are within a few minutes in the nature. The forest "Haseder Busch" and also the "Osterberg" invite you to relax.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

It is wonderfully suitable for weekend commuters, trade fair guests and fitters for single occupancy, but also for short stays from 2 nights with a maximum of 2 guests. It is a non-smoking apartment suitable for allergy sufferers, but not barrier-free.

Welcome! Our house is located in the Moritzberg district, just 2.5 km from the pretty city center. In just 100 m there is a supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy and bakery. The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.

The train station is 5 minutes walk away and offers several connections per hour: - Hannover (12 min.) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min.) - Hannover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.). The tram station in the direction of Hanover/Langenhagen is only 10 minutes walk away.
