It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are 10 minutes away. The house has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a cozy terrace to enjoy the view, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area.
