La casita de la plaza es un sitio encantador para pasar unos días tranquilos. Su ubicación es excepcional y la zona es espectacular, tanto por su vegetación como por su tranquilidad. Daniel ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y nos ha recomendado actividades y lugares que visitar. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada y no le falta detalle. Nuestra estancia ha sido inmejorable.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville de Gijon à pied. Belle vue sur la baie avec le premier soir un superbe coucher de soleil. Parking payant à proximité très apprécié et compris dans la location. Hôte à disposition pour tout renseignement.

Accueil très chaleureux , du frère de Mercedes, nous avons apprécié, notre court séjour dans cette belle région. Le logement est joliment restauré et rien ne manque. Mercedes est au petit soins pour les résidents : délicieuses pâtisseries à l'arrivée, toutes les bonnes adresses des restaurants. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter dans ce joli village.

Luis Manuel est non seulement accueillant, sympathique mais il est force de propositions. Le gite est parfait et idealement bien placé pour découvrir les Asturies.

Una casa preciosa, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El jardín más de lo mismo, muy cuidado con distintas zonas para relajarse. Finca bien cerrada, ideal si hacéis una escapada con vuestros compañeros de 4 patas. Ubicada en una zona ideal para desconectar, todo campo alrededor lo cual para nosotros es parte del encanto y con el plus de tener restauración cerca (puedes llegar andando a algún restaurante) y a 20 min en coche de Gijón. Jorge, súper amable y atento. Sin duda recomendable y experiencia para repetir.

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

Sitio genial y adecuado para ir con familia, pareja y amigos. La casa está en perfectas condiciones y muy bien preparada, dueño muy detallista y atento. Hay zonas para hacer picnic y dar paseos agradables en los alrededores, mucho aparcamiento cerca, bien conectado con el centro. Muy recomendable

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Departamento muy moderno, en impecable estado de limpieza, totalmente equipado tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación y muy silencioso para descansar. La atención de Luli y Jorge ( anfitriones) inmejorable!! Volveremos!!!!!!

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Apartament molt agradable i ben situat. Molt còmode i amb els serveis que detallen en la descripció. els amfitrions molt atents i comunicatius. molt recomanable.

¡Nos encantó todo! El apartamento es tal cual como en las fotos. Súper limpio, cómodo y con muchos detalles que hicieron la estancia muy agradable. La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de todo. Moni y su hija fueron un 10: muy amables, atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudar con cualquier cosa. Incluso nos dieron muchas recomendaciones locales que nos vinieron genial. Sin duda volveríamos sin pensarlo. 100% recomendable ¡Gracias por todo!

Es war wieder ein toller Urlaub in Gijón. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Wohnung.

El piso de Angel cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Fue facilmente accesible (10 minutos caminando desde la estación de Oviedo), cómodo, limpio, y bien equipado. Lo recomendamos!

Ha sido una experiencia increíble. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, la limpieza la atención de Javier el detalle de bienvenida el buen aparcamiento, la intimidad, la ubicación del apartamento las vistas la luminosidad… todo en general ha hecho que queramos volver. Y lo haremos de eso estoy segura.

Todo perfecto tal cual las fotos, belén estuvo pendiente en todo momento, la llegada fue fácil y la zona muy tranquila.

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, confortevole, spazioso, ben equipaggiato, pulito ed in ordine. Posto auto nello stabile comodo e con facile accesso all’ascensore interno. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato molto la cameretta fornita di alcuni giochi. Host gentile, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Utilissimi i consigli per visitare la regione e per i pasti. Luanco è un paese costiero molto carino e comodo come base per esplorare la regione.

La estancia en el apartamento de Sandra y Jorge ha sido maravillosa. Está en un lugar tranquilo y muy cerca de todo. Me he sentido como en casa, estaba todo súper limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Sandra y Jorge son encantadores! Sin duda repetiría una y mil veces mi viaje a gijon y aún más si es en su apartamento.

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
