The university town of Marburg with its beautiful old town, as well as the industrial town of Stadtallendorf can both be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. The holiday flat is an ideal destination for hikers because of the local premium hiking trail "Panoramaweg", the nearby "Wandermärchen Burgwald-Ederbergland" and the Kellerwald/Edersee National Park.
