We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!

Ground floor accommodation with all comforts, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms. The 1st is a double bed of 140 and a bed of 90. The 2nd 1 bed of 140 possibilities of a 90 bed at extra cost. Fully equipped kitchen, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine senseo, kettle, fridge, washing machine...and seating area with TV. Located near vineyards and castles 300m from the estuary and 5 min from the city center.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)…

Nice apartment in the center of Marennes

This 56 m2 apartment, elegant and spacious, well furnished is located in the center of Marennes and will allow you to do everything on foot. Close to shops , listed mansions and historical monuments of the city,you can also walk a 5-minute walk to the marina through the public garden. Nearby (150m), you can also park your car in ample parking facing the gendarmerie and the cinema.
