"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

We rent this newly built villa for families who would like to spend a stay facing the lake. The beach and its supervised swimming is opposite, the bike path to Lacanau or ocean 6 km away The house is fully air-conditioned, heated, adjustable in every room. Three terraces will allow you to have your meals or rest. The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, upon request, left to the guests for a fee of €180.
