Surrounded by forest, lakes and trails you can explore to your hearts content. There are hamlets andl farms dotted around the unspoilt Limousine countryside and when it's dark, sit on the patio, or by the pool after a swim, enjoy an apero and be thrilled by the myriads of stars in the clear night sky! And, this is an excellent base to explore from!

Entre cour et jardin, en haut de l'escalier en pierre, vous attend une maison d'hôte donnant sur un jardin ombragé sans vis-à-vis. Si la cour est un espace de rencontre et de convivialité avec les habitants du lieu, le jardin, lui, vous permettra de bénéficier d'un espace d'intimité, un écrin de verdure avec vue sur la village où prendre vos repas et vous détendre.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).
