Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. Cozy guest room upstairs with en-suite bathroom and fantastic views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is for shared use, and there is a small refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no possibility to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote location, so a car is an advantage. Parking space and seating area with fire pit available.

Beautiful home overlooking the lake

The house is located at about 1000 m above sea level and is very quiet. You have a wonderful view of the Sihlsee. The nearby forest offers a lot to discover. The nearby Hochybrig ski and hiking area can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Other places to visit are described at the property. The pilgrimage of Einsiedeln with its world-famous monastery is close by. Note: The Airbnb service fee of around 16.5% is now included in the price.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with a dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, as well as a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Our house is located in a small mountain village in the middle of the Glarus mountains near Elm. The apartment is right in the host's house. Part of the garden belongs to the apartment. A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. Throughout the year, there are many different activities in this region. There's something for everyone.

The large apartment is decorated in a warm Scandinavian style and has a private sauna (working again thanks to a new stove). Amden offers five ski lifts, countless hiking trails, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs, deep forests and rushing mountain streams. All surrounded by beautiful views. Welcome to the mountains!
