Tastefully renovated/furnished with designer pieces, with a private outdoor sauna, a sun-facing balcony, and all you need for the mountains: 2 mountain e-bikes, a ski-byke, snowshoes, sledges and a BBQ. Carefully renovated and furnished with designer pieces, with a large south-facing terrace that opens straight onto the garden and a view of surrounding mountains. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
