It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows are obscured.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our little dreamer has a style all its own with a beach house feeling. The new small Tiny :-) studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hotplate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Right next to nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is located close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine-Main region and on the edge of the Spessart and Kahlgrund.

Quiet and beautiful apartment in Aschaffenburg

The attic apartment in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, closed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

We welcome you to the beach apartment! In a former bank branch, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as an office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes it easier to start the day. The bathroom has a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

We had made the accommodation booking for an employee. Unfortunately, I cannot make a clear statement about the apartment itself, as we were not there ourselves. All necessary booking information was provided to us after booking, so we could easily forward it to our employee. Communication in advance with the host was always friendly and purposeful. we stayed at the property for 8 days and enjoyed it very much. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and above all cozy. The area is also very good for walking. Mario welcomed us very warmly and we were even allowed to check in a few hours in advance as indicated. The tenants in the house were also very friendly and even gave us coffee when we didn't have one, really very warm people and outside smoking you always talked briefly. Loved it and we will come back when we are around. Clear recommendation.
