As seen on ITV1's 'Robson Green's Coastal Lives', The Passing Place Studio is a modern, self-contained guest room for two in an award-winning, architect-designed house overlooking Fiscavaig Bay on Skye's stunning west coast. Nearby are the famous Fairy Pools, the Cuillin Mountains, the Talisker Distillery & beautiful Glenbrittle. The area is great for walking and has abundant wildlife including Golden and Sea Eagles, Red and Roe Deer, and porpoise, dolphin and Minke Whale in our local sea loch.

Morrison Cottage, 8 Satran, Carbost, Isle of Skye

Within a short drive to The Fairy Pools, Mackenzie Cottage is a semi-detached cottage overlooking Loch Harport. Just along the road is Cafe Cuil featuring innovative use of local ingredients. In Carbost The Old Inn offers good wholesome meals after a day exploring. If whisky is on your plans take a tour of Talisker Distillery. Satran is in the area of Skye known as Minginish and an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Skye. Note, we do not allow EV charging. Not suitable for children.

Cabin Beo

We're excited to offer our guests a 5* experience with our custom built cabin. We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!

Falasgair

Falasgair is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Braes Retreat - Garden Apartment

Braes Retreat is a garden apartment tucked away in the peaceful community of Braes. Just six miles out of Portree, its central location on the island is an ideal base to visit the whole of the Isle of Skye. The apartment sits in an established garden, overlooking the Sound of Raasay, with shore access from the croft. The apartment is completely self contained, but we are on hand should you require any information. En plus, nous parlons francais.
