We love the place and enjoyed to stay there, very convenient place and nearby train station. definitely will recommend to my friends!

I have stayed in many airbnbs over the years but James place is just perfect. James is welcoming, friendly and obliging. The cottage has everything you could need and more. We arrived late and having all the items needed for breakfast was so appreciated. The cottage is warm and inviting. The bedrooms are large and well equipped from bedding, to hangers and even electric charge spots. The kitchen too has all you will need. The lounge is comfortable with a lovely view to a well maintained garden. The cottage is very well situated for the local Elsternwick area - shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. Public transport is also very accessible to local areas and to the city and sporting venues. Honestly you couldn't ask for more for your stay in Melbourne.

It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here, great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots to do around the area and all within a short drive out. Chandi was really helpful when the wifi stopped working abruptly midway through our stay, she quickly came down to resolve it. It’s also very baby friendly and it was such a comfortable stay with our 11 month old daughter. Will definitely stay at her place again if we’re visiting Melbourne. Lovely host with a lovely place!

Wonderful accommodation in Melbourne. We had 4 family members stay at the house for 3 nights (however the house sleeps many more if needed) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to get into contact with and the house was spotless/beautiful. The house was excellent value for money and was very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

We had a great stay at Tamara’s apartment! The location was fabulous for a city stay. The fit out of the apartment was lovely with luxury touches. View of Albert park lake - wonderful.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

Manik was very welcoming with great suggestions of what’s around the area. Great location and walking distance from Monash Hospital which is where we needed to be. Maniks home is wonderful, spacious and comfortable living. We were very pleased to have stayed in this beautiful Air BnB and very thankful for the support Manik had given us with great quick responses, accomodating our needs and helping us. My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Our stay was comfortable with all necessary comforts provided. The apartment was very clean, spacious bathrooms (helpful when travelling with a child) and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. We had an overnight flight, and our hosts were accommodating with us requiring a different check-in. The express IGA is a minute's walk away to buy any basics you might need after travelling. There are local cafes in the streets behind the building (less than 5-minute walk) for a quick bite. The Southbank promenade is also under 5 minutes from the apartment with many restaurants to choose from (Pure South became our go to for breakfast, great menu and service). We were only a short walk from a pedestrian bridge to cross the Yarra, giving us easy access to Melbourne's great laneways and other attractions.
